1. Perform skincare and beauty treatments, including but not limited to aesthetic facial treatments, skin rejuvenation procedures, slimming therapies, and use of beauty devices.

2. Conduct client consultations to assess skin condition and recommend appropriate treatments and homecare products. Handle client enquiries in a professional manner to maximize client satisfaction.

3. Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and proper arrangement of products and equipment.

4. Maintain client records accurately, including treatment notes, progress, and product purchases.

5. Assist in daily operational tasks such as appointment scheduling, customer check-in/out, and payment processing when required.

6. Assist doctor during procedure and adhere to treatment SOP.

7. Achieve individual service and product sales targets as set by the company.

8. Follow and adhere to all company policies and SOP such as but not limited to grooming, punctuality, and attendance.

9. Participate in training sessions to update skills and knowledge on treatment techniques, products, and customer service standards.

10. Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety, strictly following sanitation guidelines for equipment and treatment areas.

11. Report any client complaints or incidents immediately to the supervisor or manager for prompt resolution.

Has work experience in aesthetic clinic/ medispa/ beauty center.

Has SKM certification in Cosmetology/ Beauty therapy
