This document outlines the relationship between you (the Buyer or User) and Dr Nazelia Clinic regarding your use of our website (the “Site”).
By using the Site, you agree to these terms. It’s advisable to review and retain a copy for future reference.
Changes to Terms
We retain the right to amend these terms without notice, so it is recommended to review them from time to time for possible updates.
If you disagree with any of the terms, please stop using the Site.
Take note that changes won’t apply to confirmed Orders, unless required by law.
Accuracy of Information
When you register on the Site, ensure your information is accurate and complete.
By providing your information, you are confirming your identity and eligibility in using the Site.
Payment details should likewise be accurate and complete, and also match the information previously provided.
Order Decline
We may choose to decline an Order at our discretion.
Pricing
Prices displayed may change without notice, but changes won’t affect confirmed orders.
Shipping costs aren’t included in the displayed prices, and will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Payments
When using a Payment Card, ensure authorisation from the card owner.
We are not responsible for additional charges by banks related to Payment Cards.
We take reasonable steps to keep order and payment information secure. However, we’re not liable for losses due to unauthorised third-party access beyond our control.
Delivery & Insurance
We aim to dispatch Orders promptly, within TWO (2) working days of purchase date. You should receive your Orders within 3 to 5 working days (within Peninsular Malaysia), or within 6 to 7 working days (East Malaysia).
However, delivery times are estimates. We’re not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control, including carrier or customs delays.
Goods are insured up to RM200 until delivery to the address you specified.
After delivery (signed receipt), you assume responsibility.
Ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We aren’t responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided.
We reserve the right to reject delivery to incomplete addresses.
Delivery Attempts
If you miss the delivery, please self-collect from the specific courier centre stated in the Attempted Delivery Note, or request for a re-delivery by the courier within 30 days.
Multiple-Goods Orders
For multiple items, we aim to ship in one package unless you request otherwise.
We may deliver separately if necessary, with each shipment considered a separate contract.
If you request for separate shipments for an Order, the delivery charges will be based on the costliest destination.
Refunds
All Goods sold are non-returnable or refundable.
However, if you are not satisfied with the products in any way, please reach out to us. We’d love to hear your feedback.
Order Cancellation
Unfortunately, no order cancellations are allowed.
However, if you need any assistance, please contact us. We’d be glad to help.
Intellectual Property
Users are not allowed to modify, or distribute our intellectual property, including the brand name, trademarks, designs, get-up, data, images, logos or icons, and all other content on the Site.
When using the Site, you acknowledge that all copyrights solely belong to us, or the respective rights holders.
Site Usage
Unauthorised access and use of, or damage to the Site is prohibited.
Any engagement or activity on the Site that harms our reputation is forbidden.
Using the Site for commercial purposes, or unauthorised links to the Site is not allowed.
We reserve the right to suspend a User’s access to the Site should there be any suspected unauthorised account use.

User data is utilised and processed as per our Privacy and Cookie Policy.
Third-Party Sites
We’re not responsible for external third-party content linked on our Site.
