Terms & Conditions – Treatment Package Website Purchase

1. A RM100 consultation fee will be charged only for your first consultation appointment with the doctor, to ensure the treatment is suitable for your concerns and for proper medical documentation.
2. All treatment packages purchased through our website are valid only at Dr Nazelia Clinic.
3. Once payment has been successfully made, our Marketing/Admin team will contact you within the next working day to arrange your appointment.
4. Appointment bookings are subject to availability. Preferred dates and times cannot be guaranteed and will be confirmed by our team.
5. Full payment is required upon checkout to confirm your purchase.
6. All treatment package purchases are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
7. Purchased treatment packages cannot be exchanged for cash, other treatments, products, promotions, or store credit.
8. Clients are required to attend a consultation with our medical practitioner before treatment. The doctor reserves the right to determine the suitability of the treatment based on the client’s medical condition and skin assessment.
9. If a treatment is deemed unsuitable after consultation, the clinic will recommend an alternative treatment of equivalent value. No cash refund will be provided.
10. Clients who wish to reschedule their appointment are required to inform the clinic at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the appointment being considered as a missed session, subject to the clinic’s policy.
11. Dr Nazelia Clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
