Terms & Conditions – Treatment Package Website Purchase

  1. ⁠A RM100 consultation fee applies to your first consultation appointment with our doctor. This fee is required to assess your suitability for treatment and for medical documentation purposes.
  2. All treatment packages purchased through our website are valid only at Dr Nazelia Clinic.
  3. All treatment packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Any unused treatments after the validity period will be forfeited.
  4. Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your purchase.
  5. ⁠Once your payment has been successfully processed, our Marketing/Admin team will contact you within the next working day to arrange your appointment.
  6. ⁠Appointment bookings are subject to availability. Your preferred appointment date and time cannot be guaranteed and will be confirmed by our team.
  7. ⁠All clients are required to attend a consultation with our medical practitioner before receiving treatment. The doctor reserves the right to determine the suitability of the treatment based on the client’s medical history, skin condition, and clinical assessment.
  8. If the purchased treatment is deemed unsuitable after consultation, the clinic will recommend an alternative treatment of equivalent value. No cash refund will be provided.
  9. ⁠All treatment package purchases are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
  10. Treatment packages cannot be exchanged for cash, other treatments, skincare products, promotional offers, discounts, or store credit.
  11. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the appointment being considered a missed session, subject to the clinic’s policy.
